With the VITAL acupressure set, you can relieve tension and back pain in one go. It consists of a high-quality acupressure mat (also called fakir mat or yantra mat) and a matching cushion for the neck area. With regular use, you may be able to reduce neck and head pain, back and joint discomfort, tension, fatigue, insomnia, and stress.

You can choose the VITAL acupressure set in different variations. The mat is available in both standard and XL sizes (the XL version is recommended for people taller than 1.70 m / 5'7"). There are also several color options to choose from.

Note: The petrol-colored version comes with a neck roll instead of a neck cushion.
